HISTORY
2024-T3 development and mass production of pipes for gliding (Glides), which meets the requirements of high roundness and thin-walled tubes of EN standard; multi-section thick and thin 7050 aviation seating tubes, complete prototype samples.
- AS9100D Certification Renewal
- Establish 2.5D projection, CNC, Honing, Polishing and other precision measurements and processing capabilities for prototype products; successfully produce high-precision shock absorber products in the factory.
- Accepted the commission of aerospace seating tube and shock absorber projects and start the sample testing.
- Establish inspection equipments like surface roughness measurement, CMM, and cooperated with machining suppliers in order to supply the steering tubes, hand-tools to foreign customers.
- Accredited by AS9100D
- Accepted the commission from customer to evaluate the airplane motor housing.
- Built our own automatic drawing machine and develop high precision tubes. The 6xxx tubes can reach mirror surface inside to let customer save further process.
- Accredited by ISO 9001: 2015
- Expand and set up our own 2,000 tons indirect extrusion machine and start the operation in 2019.
Successfully developed the high strength aluminum alloy A800Sc bar with TS>760MPa and <5um fine grain size.
Main supplier with advanced technique for high-end lacrosse shafts which have thinnest thickness and high strength.
Supplied 7005/7020/M7(Sc) T4x bike frame tubes to Europe & America, and run more CAE analysis on structure.
- Introduced Toyota Production System (TPS)
- Designed patented 6xxx series aluminum alloy to reach strength 7050-T73 level and started the mass production of suspension fork tubes.
Successfully finished the development of 7055 class baseball bat for Japan customer.

- Set up 1,500 tons extrusion and hydraulic drawing machines, and 7050 fork tubes passed the fatigue testing by well-known brands.

- Moved our factory to Yunlin County.The head of golf club technique which replaces the Ti-alloy to Al-alloy was award-winning in R&D alliance achievement. (The face insert of King Cobra UFI irons)

AZ61 magnesium alloy sheet was tested by ACR electronic and started the mass production.
